Welcome to Cremini Creek!

​​Our founder and owner, Sean Sellers, discovered his fascination for growing mushrooms after buying a couple spawn blocks at his local farmers market. While attending The Evergreen State College and earning a BA in business fundamentals and entrepreneurship he began learning everything he could about growing mushrooms at home. Shortly before graduating he decided to turn this newfound passion into a business and Cremini Creek was born.  â€‹Here at Cremini Creek we aim to provide Olympia area residents and restaurants with the freshest speciality and gourmet mushrooms of highest quality possible. We do this by partnering with local restaurants, selling at local farmers markets, and with our home delivery subscription.  â€‹In addition to fresh mushrooms, thanks to Sean's 10 years of being a Chef,  we also provide cooking suggestions and our favorite recipes for each variety of mushroom we grow. You will also find some rotating mushroom pantry items like our mushroom duxelles, dried, and powdered mushrooms. The pickled mushrooms are particularly tasty.
